Our current plan is to use a loot reel system, seeing as we won't be raiding Bwl - Naxx - Anything gigantic anytime soon.
----RAID LOOT DISTRIBUTION----
GREENS - None.
BLUE - Non Loot reel hit. 1 Per raid unless all others pass.
EPIC - Loot reel hit, 1 epic per raid unless all others pass.
____________________________ EXAMPLE OF LOOT REEL:
1)Bob 2)Sally 3)Larry 4)Ron
During ZG an epic axe drops and it's Warrior Priority (This being a warrior loot reel for example). Bob willl be first up to get it, if he passes on the item - It goes to Sally, if she passes - Larry, and so on. If Bob accepts the item the loot reel will now look like this:
1)Sally 2)Larry 3)Ron 4)Bob
If Sally accepted it the loot reel would look like this:
1)Bob 2)Larry 3)Ron 4)Sally
Basically it's like a take turn thing.
______________ ======NOTE====== -You will be removed from the loot reel after 2 weeks of inactivity-

In Equi we expect our raiders to be great listeners, if we expect to make any progression that's what we need to do. So before applying understand that if you get accepted into Equi -- You are expected to listen CAREFULLY to directions, and follow them as told.
As a raid leader it's very stressfull having to say the same d**n thing over and over; so work with me, mkay?
We're not asking for the people with the most gear, no we're not elitest jerks. All we ask is for you to be on time, and ready to pay attention -- If we work together we can accomplish anything : )
So before you apply you must be willing to listen to me carefully-- Or i'll make the Gnome talk, and you don't want Bojmir to talk! Nooo.
